The “Unique Restaurants,” aka “the Hidden Gems “ section, has revealed several Shreveport secrets during its showcase of fun and tasty places to try the next time you want to grab a bite. The Conglomerate has you covered, from going out with friends and playing Trivia at Twisted Root to picking up gyros from Pita De’Novo and plopping on the sofa to watch an entire TV series. 

If you are looking for something fun to do this Spring, the Shreveport-Bossier and surrounding areas offer a plethora of options, especially festivals.  All of these events occur outdoors so if our finicky Louisiana weather cooperates you can enjoy a day or two of fun and games in our beautiful spring weather.

Picture this: you’re in your room on a Friday night. You’ve been clicking through Netflix or some other service for a little longer than half an hour and been paying attention to what’s clicking past on the screen for even less time.

It may be unfair or ambitious to review a three-part film series in one entry, but I believe that it is important to provide an overarching assemblage of irreverent humor and sobering morbidity in order to fully appreciate the individual film. In other words: I don’t think you can hear about one of the films in the Kingsman Series without acknowledging the role it plays in the Vaughn-assembled cinematic world.
